Miscellaneous absence is not excused. We hire teachers on the basis of enrollment. This is a standard policy for childcare providers.
Other Provisions
The school carries Accidental Medical Insurance which covers any excess over your personal insurance. The school is also covered for liability.
Refund requests can be submitted to the Day Care Board for approval.
Modifications to the original agreement shall be made whenever circumstances covered in the agreement change, and shall be dated and signed by the persons specified.
The licensee shall retain the original copy of the agreement and shall provide copies to the parent and/or to the authorized representative, if any.
The department or licensing agency shall have the authority to interview children or staff, and to inspect and audit child or facility records without prior consent.
The licensee shall make provisions for private interviews with any child(ren), or and staff member, and for the examination of all records relating to the operation of the facility.
The department or licensing agency shall have the authority to observe the physical condition of the child(ren), including conditions which could indicate abuse, neglect, or inappropriate placement, and to have a licensed professional physically examine the child(ren).

Absences
No credit will be given for misc absences.
Drop Notice
A 30-day notice is required for children who are intending to drop. Deposit will be refunded if 30-day notice is given.
Registration Deposit
A non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 plus 1 month deposit is payable at the time of initial registration. The deposit fee can be applied to tuition after a six month period of enrollment. If the child drops at any time during a 12 month period, a fee of $100.00 will be charged to re-enroll. There is a $12.00 fee for blanket totes.

Tuition Payments
Monthly tuition fees are due and payable in advance on the first day of each month. After the 7th of the month, a $15.00 fee is added. Should an amount be allowed to go over into the next month, an additional fee of $30.00 will be charged. If an account is unpaid at the end of the month, parents should not assume that their child will be received for care the next month.

Overtime
There is a late fee of $20.00 per first 15 minutes and $1.00 for each additional minute after the closing time of 6 pm (12:45 PM for morning pickup). Please make other arrangements if you are going to be late and phone the school so we can explain to your child. Remember, he or she has had a long day. The late fee is payable to the supervisor on duty when the child is picked up.
Returned Checks
A $15.00 fee is charged for checks returned for insufficient funds.
